Declarations are non-binding documents signed by the Governor of Utah in recognition of special events or significant issues. The Governor's Office may issue these types of documents free of charge as a public service to Utah residents. Declaration requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Governor's Office reserves the right to decline any request for a Declaration.
