Requirements
The members of the committee shall be appointed by the governor from names submitted by the chairman of each of the seven associations of governments after executive board action. They are: (1) Bear River Association of Governments (Box Elder, Cache & Rich Counties) (2) Five County Association of Governments (Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane & Washington Counties) (3) Southeastern Association of Governments (Carbon, Emery, Grand & San Juan Counties) (4) Mountainland Association of Governments (Summit, Utah & Wasatch Counties) (5) Six County Association of Governments (Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier & Wayne Counties) (6) Uintah Basin Association of Governments (Daggett, Duchesne & Uintah Counties) (7) Wasatch Front Regional Council (Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Tooele & Webr counties) Each name submitted must be a member of the Regional Review Committee (RRC) constituted at the association of governments level. The members must be elected officials and can be mayors or county commissioners.
