Requirements
The Weber Basin district includes land in five counties - Davis, Weber, Morgan, Summit and a very small area of Box Elder. The board consists of the following members: (a) three members from Davis County (b) one member from Morgan County (c) one member from Ogden Valley (Huntsville, Eden or Liberty) (d) one member from Summit County (e) three members from Lower Weber County The county commissions submit three names to the governor. The governor appoints and the Senate confirms the appointments.
