Requirements
Moved from Human Services to Office of Education, Division of Rehabilitation Services, in about 1995 The State Board of Education shall appoint at least 12 members to the committee and ensure that the committee includes members from both the public and private sectors who represent: (a) busines and industry; (b) individuals with disabilities and their advocates; (c) job training and placement; (d) state agencies such as DHRM, Workforce Services, Public Education, Higher Education and Human Services; (e) labor; (f) veterans; (g) medical; (h) health; (i) insurance; (j) media; and (k) general public The State Board of Education shall select a chair from among the membership.
