Requirements
The task force shall be appointed by the governor and include one or more representatives from the following, for a total of 13 to 17 members: 1. 4-6 members of state agencies, including a. The Director of GOPB or designee b. The Executive Director of the Dept of Natural Resources or designee c. The director of the Div of Business and Economic Development or designee d. The Director of the Division of Travel Development or designee 2. 4-6 rural county commissioners or members of county councils; 3. 4-6 Utah outdoor recreation manufacturers, retailers, and other industry professionals in Utah.
