Requirements
(As of Spring 2003 legislation, The Preneed Funeral Arrangement Licensing Board was eliminated and its duties and responsibilities have been transferred to this board.) The executive director shall appoint five members to the board, with the consent of the governor, as follows: a) three funeral service directors who own or have an ownership interest in a funeral establishment, at least two of which are preened funeral arrangement providers b) one preneed funeral arrangement sales agent, who does not have an ownership interest in a funeral service establishment c) one owner or officer of an endowment care cemetery d) two members from the general public who have no association with the funeral service profession
